This isn’t going to take long: We left the island for a little holiday on 30th October and returned on 25th November. While we were away it rained, apparently, and some folk say it rained hard. Our house stayed dry thanks to the hours we put in painting the flat roof, arranging towels around windows and doors and so on. It’s strange coming back to a place after almost four weeks away and finding nothing has changed but that’s kind of how it was.

Almost: there were some changes, mainly Damianos has opened his cake shop at last and we were greeted by two huge chocolate things as a welcome back gift from Yianni Rainbow.

It’s back to normal now though as the shop re-opens for the winter business and I am back at the desk doing whatever it is I do. Hopefully something will happen in December and I will be able to tell you some more news at the end of that month.
